Warranty Policy
1. This warranty is provided only for product purchased from or supplied by CapeSoft Software cc.
2. CapeSoft warrants this product to be free from manufacturer’s defect for a specified period. ( 2 year warranty.)
3. Within the specified warranty period, CapeSoft will repair or replace non consumable parts (excluding casing, accessories, batteries, cable and power supply) that are damaged under normal use (by judgment of CapeSoft) without additional charge. If reasonable repairs are not feasible or acceptable, CapeSoft cc may elect to supply a replacement.
4. The warranty will not be covered under the following conditions:
a. Out-of-warranty products.
b. The product is modified without CapeSoft approval.
c. Obvious attack of appearance whatever it is.
d. The product is subjected to unusual physical or electrical stress, including physical damage, burnt components and broken connectors.
e. The serial number label is removed or altered.
f. Unauthorized repairs have been attempted on the unit.
5. Batteries and transformers are not covered under this warranty.
6. The defective product or defective spare part must be presented together with reseller’s invoice when the defective product or defective spare part is returned for repair. Otherwise, CapeSoft reserves the right of not providing free warranty during the warranty period.
7. The customer is responsible for returning the defective product at his own expense. CapeSoft may choose to pay for the shipping of returned products, at their discretion.
8. Your warranty period is calculated from the date of invoice of this product or date of installation, whichever is sooner.
9. In the event that a product needs repair outside the warranty period, CapeSoft cc will repair the product if possible. Customers will be charged for cost of repair and handling.

CAPESOFT CC MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY PERIOD AS SET FORTH ABOVE. CAPESOFT’S MAXIMUM LIABILITY THEREUNDER IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAPESOFT CC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE SAME OR THE USE OF THE PRODUCT.
