After placing your order you will receive an email to confirm your order with a link you can use to track your order. We will contact you within one business day to discuss and quote you on your shipping options.
Your order will be shipped within one to three days from receipt of payment.
You are welcome to contact us with regards to any queries on the order process or product support.
The list price does not include shipping. We will contact you to discuss the your shipping options.
Depending on the shipping options chosen, you should receive your order within two weeks after your order's payment has been authorized / received.
Please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country for which you would be liable for. Custom clearance procedures may also delay the delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information on their levies and procedures.
You may return your purchase for a full refund within 30 days from the date of shipping provided that the items are in the condition you received them in.
We take security very seriously. Our servers have been carefully checked to ensure that they are not vulnerable to unauthorized access and activity on the servers is continually monitored.
The CS TimeClock website does not process your credit card details - when you click on Checkout, the products in your shopping cart are passed to a secure site (www.clarionshop.com) from where the payment is processed. Depending on which browser you use, you may be informed that non-secure information (your shopping cart items) were passed to Clarionshop e.g. IE may ask "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered securely?" It is safe to supply your credit card details on the checkout form (customized for CS TimeClock) to pay for a purchase. When you enter your card details, the communication between your browser and our server is encrypted using SSL. You can tell that this is the case by the little padlock displayed on the status bar of your browser on the page where you enter your credit card details (FireFox will have a little exclamation mark on the padlock to indicate that the shopping cart items came from a non-secure site) . Clarionshop uses a certificate issued by Thawte for SSL encryption. No credit card number has ever been intercepted while in transit over SSL.
