The Web Interface

Add, change or remove employees, clockings, leave and card / PIN numbers. View daily and payroll hours. Export all this information to a spreadsheet like Microsoft Excel.

Configure Access Control, Advanced Processing Rules, the clock's keypad menu, the clock's timezone and the network settings.  Setup leave types, public holidays and departments.  Add siren times and update the clock's firmware from the web.

Who does what?

Employees with access to the web interface can manage their own details.  Administrators and Supervisors can manage all of the information except that administrators have access to the clock setup.

Hours Processing

The CS TimeClock will automatically calculate daily hours for each employee based on their clocking times.  These daily hours can be a simple total of the day's hours worked or, with advanced hours processing enabled, the hours are categorised when processing rules are applied.  Learn more...

Leave

Manage employee absenteeism by capturing leave and public holidays.  Partial day leave can be captured as a percentage of the employee's expected hours.  Add more leave types in addition to the default five as required.  With advanced hours processing enabled, expected hours will be assigned for paid leave types and public holidays.

Access Control

Configure Access Rights, Anti Passback, Pathing and Access Timezones to control the movement of your employees.  You can even override the global settings for certain employees.  Administrators can lock the clock to, for example, prevent employees entering during strikes.

Clock behaviour

If you want to preserve the peace and quiet in your office, disable the clock and keypad sounds with Quiet Mode.  You can change the behaviour of each of the clock's readers - use the keypad for access control and the proximity reader for time and attendance clockings.  If the clock is used to trigger an electronic door lock, you can set the duration of the pulse and also which relays are triggered by which reader.  You can also disable some of the clock keypad menus.
